DESCRIPTION

A vintage metal pair of antique brass bookends depicting the Liberty Bell and the Minuteman of 1774. No makers marks can be found on these solid brass bookends are quite rare and beautifully cast but are similar to those cast in the early 1910's.

One is marked 838 on the back and the other is marked 839

A fabulous addition to your Americana decor library or bookend collection.

MEASUREMENTS

Each bookend measures 3.9“ wide by 2.75“ deep by 5.5“ tall and both weigh 4lb 15oz.

CONDITION

In good used condition with some signs of use commensurate with age. There are some scratches and marks to the metal (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description).
