Antique Art Nouveau bronze sculpture of a Carl Kauba dating to the beginning of the 20th century. Depicting two figures who appear to be lovers, they are tentatively coy in their manner as they linger their hands and bodies toward each other in a suggestive way. They originally would have been mounted onto a plinth to sit on the edge as if on a bench but this is sadly missing now. They could however still be mounted on to a wooden or marble base for display.

MEASUREMENTS

Sculpture measures 7" tall by 8.75" wide by 3"deep and weighs 4lb 13oz.

CONDITION

This sculpture is in good condition with some small signs of use commensurate with age. The man's is missing the thumb (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description).
