Vintage oil on board valley landscape. Executed with a palette knife this vintage landscape has a lot of depth which is achieved when the artist loosens up and concentrates on shape and color. The scene depicts a luscious valley with a large river traversing the painting in the foreground with mountains faintly represented in the background. Although the colors in this painting are all of the same hue they are very distinctly placed within their forms which depict perspective very well.

Jonathan E Goley is better known as an animation background artist having worked on popular features such as Dora The Explorer, Hey Arnold and the Addams Family.

CONDITION
