DESCRIPTION

Vintage pure silver art paperweight. Designed and made by renowned silversmith artist Henryk Winograd (1917-2008) in fine silver this paperweight is done in repousse. Depicting a scene with a group of seated gentlemen at a table discussing some important matters in an animated fashion. These men are heavily clothed which intimates either a cold environment or a specific dress type for this particular meeting. He is well known for his Russian orthodox or Byzantine motifs especially in his religious pieces which are celebrated collectable pieces of art.

CONDITION

This paperweight is in good condition considering age with some aging and small dents and cleaning scratches to the metal (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description).
