French Civil War Era Binoculars made by LeMaire Fabt
Rare pair of Civil War era French antique binoculars made by the Le Maire Fab of Paris. France was one of the major world suppliers of binoculars and these were popular with officers on both sides of the civil war.
The antique binoculars are marked ""LeMaire Fabt Paris"" on each eyepiece with the small bee logo. The main body is exposed brass as the leather covers have worn off many years ago however, the extendable sun shades are intact and the range finder is in working order. An interesting artifact from the Civil War era.

Binoculars measure 5" wide by 5.5" long (7" long) by 2.25" diameter and weighs 1lb 5oz.
