This Victorian art wall hanging is an antique framed needlepoint work to illustrate the skill of a young lady of the Victorian period. The words "What is a home without Father" are ornately decorated in old English style font with floral decoration sparsely populated through out. Framed in a primitive Victorian oak frame, the needlepoint is embellished with acorn leaves on each corner. Typical of the Victorian period this custom framed wall hanging is handmade during the period illustrating the industrial nature of the common household.
