DESCRIPTION

Antique 19th century wooden French duck press. Superb tabletop meat or duck press made with a cast iron frame, white ceramic dispensing bowl and metal disc plunger. When filled, the disc would be placed on top of the food contents, and the two-handled screw rotated downwards onto the disc plunger, expelling the juices. Although this was almost certainly a duck press any type of meat could be used in it.

A perfect addition to your vintage kitchen decor. This would make a wonderful early housewarming or birthday gift idea.

This antique meat press measures 6" wide by 5" deep by 10" tall and weighs 7lb 1oz.
