Shipping, Returns & Refunds

All our items are shipped within 24 hours of purchase via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Day Shipping Service). They are gift wrapped, incredibly well protected with high quality packaging materials and reinforced corrugated boxes.  
All our items are shipped with tracking and full insurance in the event of loss or damage in transit.
In the unlikely event your item arrives partially or fully damaged, we will require your co-operation to provide us, within 7 days of receipt of the item, with photographs of the packaging and the damaged item from all angles and any other information required by the insurance carrier.  We will process the necessary claim documents to our shipping carrier and provide you with a full or partial refund (as agreed between us) as soon as the claim is approved and processed.  
We always want our customers to be happy.  If you wish to return your purchase you must notify us within 14 calendar days of receipt of your purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be shipped back to us (at your cost), appropriately protected, tracked and insured, within the 14 day receipt period, in the same condition that you received it. 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. Assuming it is received in the same condition it was sent, you will be fully refunded for the value of the item (excluding shipping costs).
