Antique English ceramic porcelain water dispenser. Antique lustreware table top water dispenser manufactured by E Hughes & Co Wrexham around the early 1890's. Decorated with gold trim on the edges with a central red and green foliage display this classic shaped piece retains its original wooden spigot protruding from the clam shaped indentation on the bottom. E Hughes were a popular china maker known as Fenton from the 1889 until 1941 when they changed their name to Fenton and finally closed in 1953.
