Vintage western folk art oil on board. Original signed oil painting depicting an evening dance. This primitive painting has associated images with primitive art depicting a wealthy manor house with drinking, revelry , servants and general decadence. The artist has used a simple primary palette range revealing each subjects character distinctly from a distance. I believe this dates from the 1970's due to the medium used to paint on.
