Vintage German WW1 era cast metal desk inkwell. This antique pot metal was cast around the 1910's. It retains its original pin striping which is highly stylized in the shape of a gothic cross. The hinged top lifts up to reveal the original glass inkwell. The pen tray originally would have accommodated a nib pen. This would make a great addition to any desk set, military or cast iron collection.
