Standard World War 1 British binoculars made by Dollond of London. These field officers binoculars are marked on the case and are most likely a private commission. The binoculars are complete with the original leather case which correspond for the period of manufacture as WW1 so it is probable that they were used in action.

Cased binoculars measures 2.5: deep by 5" wide by 5.25" tall and weigh 1lb 11oz.

CONDITION

The binoculars are in good condition with clean optics and smooth focus. The original leather case is intact but has some loose threading and missing a buckle on the front (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description).
