Antique British Military WW1 Khaki Pith Helmet
Military British pith helmet hard hat made by esteemed uniform manufacturer Hobson & Sons of London. Typical of the late Victorian early Edwardian era this tapered front brim with a wide neck were popular in places like the colonies of South Africa and India. These lightweight helmets protect both from the weather and unfriendly bugs in these climates.

A great addition to your vintage military hats collection.
Hat measures 14" long by 10.5" wide by 5.5" tall and weighs 12.6oz.
Inner rim measurement is 20.5" equating it to around a size 6.5
This hat is in fair condition. It has clearly been worn and used and shows signs of such. There are some stains and dents in the hat which should be visible in the photos and the top appears to have somewhat collapsed inhale center. The leather rim inside shows signs of wear and the label is torn (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description).
