DESCRIPTION

Antique French folding stereoscope with a set of seven glass slides. Dating to the turn of the 20th century this collapsible metal stereoscope viewer was a travel version of the earlier table top versions. The glass slides depict mainly sites of antiquity and a very interesting anatomical image of a human heart.
