Antique Wood Folk Art Walking Cane
Vintage primitive carved wooden snake walking stick. Folk art stick designed as a snake with a slightly wavy shaft and natural occlusions or grain marks throughout the body which replicate the designs on a snakes body. The top of the snake has a flat type head with glass insert green eyes with a slightly open mouth. This primitive snake walking stick most likely dates to the late 19th or early 20th century.

Walking stick measures 38“ long by 2.75“ wide by 1.25" deep and weighs 12oz.
In good solid condition and ready to use with wear commensurate with age. It may have had a tongue in its mouth originally (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description).
