Antique Russian sterling silver cocktail measure. Made in Tsarist Russia in the late 19th century this vodka tot is decorated with typical niello decor and fully marked underneath. The 84 zolotnik mark denotes the Russian sterling equivalent along with the 1883 year mark, city mark for Moscow (mounted knight). The makers initials are for Vasily Aleksandrovich Petrov. A great hard to find makers Russian tot beaker from pre revolutionary Russia.
