Antique Art Nouveau card tray. Highly stylized European metal tray used for bread, sweetmeats or canapés. The two side handles are styled as two looping flower stems which continue into the center of the dish culminating as two flowers. The underside is more decoratively chased that the top. I believe the tray to be pewter with a copper overlay due to the weight. This piece dates to around 1900 and could be from Austria in origin as it appears very much like the Vienna secessionist movement in style and material.

This would make a great addition to any art nouveau home decor. This would make a great birthday or wedding gift, for holding business cards or name cards.

Tray measures 3" tall by 12" long by 6.25" wide and weighs 2lb 9oz.
