Vintage metal and wood desk top paper cutter. Vintage paper roll holder made by Arrow in the 1920's. Ideal as a gift wrapping station in a vintage store, butchers or cheese store. This vintage paper cutter accommodates a 15" roll of paper and was used previously by a printing company in Los Angeles.
