DESCRIPTION

Antique Victorian pocket watch stand. Dating to the turn of the last century this antique cast metal stand is a swivel holder which tilts the watch at an angle. Very ornate in style this is more indicative of the late Victorian period with its swirling acanthus style foliage and decorative cherub on top. The recess panel where the watch suspends from is interchangeable via the back, so a portrait could have originally been inserted. This was acquired from an estate of French pocket watches and holders recently.

This would make a great addition to your pocket watch or decorative Victorian collection.

Stand measures 4.5" wide by 4.9" deep by 5" tall and weighs 1lb 5oz.
