Mixed metal 10.5" round tray by Los Castillos silversmiths of Taxco, Mexico features a complex Modernist graphic pattern in brass, copper, silver, and bronze. Dating from the 1950s to the 1970s the metals are seamlessly fused into one geometric patterned surface. The mix of metals is silver, copper and brass. The number 1 may refer to the assay mark of Mexico city.
