Vintage Temperance movement 14K goldpin back badge. Made for members of the Frances E Willard Hospital this vintage enamel pinback badge was presented to Rosella Estanbon in 1920. Also known as the National Temperance Hospital this vintage badge was made by the Williams and Co firm of Chicago which tests for 14k gold but is not marked.
