Vintage 1905 Advertising Calendar for Capewell Horse Nails
Antique hardware calendar for 1905, advertising Capewell horse nails. Originally printed by the Gray lithographic company of New York in 1904 the illustrations displays a group of cavaliers at a blacksmiths during the reign of Charles I . It is intimated that even then they used Capewell horse nails.
Great graphics along with promotional advertising make this an ideal advertising collectable. At the time this company was the largest manufacturer of horse nails in the world with branches in 16 cities worldwide.
This vintage advertising calendar is a great addition to your Edwardian home decor and would make a great birthday gift or a housewarming gift.
Vintage advertising calendar measures 13.25" tall by 10" wide.
Framed it measures 18.25" long x 15" wide by 0.75" deep and weighs 3lb 4oz.
In good used condition with some signs of use commensurate with age. There are some small tears at the sides of the lithograph (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description).
