Vintage Piece Of Berlin Wall #0409 Paragon Imports Mounted Ich Bin Ein Berliner
DESCRIPTION
Vintage piece of the famous Berlin Wall. Imported by Paragon imports in Los Angeles this iconic piece of the wall is numbered and mounted on a marble plinth with an extract of JFKs famous "Ich Bin Ein Berliner" speech. This was most likely part of the deal associated with a large piece of the Berlin Wall which was imported for the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum in Boston in 1990. The East German foreign trade company, Limex, managed the logistics of the shipment and may have sold off small pieces which had become loose in transit to Paragon imports.
This would suit any vintage political display or world affairs collection. A great housewarming or early holiday gift idea.
MEASUREMENTS
Display measures 5" deep by 4" wide by 7.5" tall and weighs 3lb 8oz.
CONDITION
In good condition with a scratch on the back over the speech (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description).
