DESCRIPTION

Vintage inlaid wooden octagonal music box. Measuring 9" in diameter this wooden mahogany music box which is intricately inlaid with marquetry is also a storage container for jewelry. The musical instrument is manufactured by the Swiss company Ruege with a 17 tyne movement which plays the tune " Till The End of Time". The box is hand made using exotic woods with wooden hinges and joints in 1985 by Doyle, being signed underneath.
