Antique Victorian Sterling Silver IOGT Temperance Movement Medal

Fully hallmark Victorian temperance movement British silver (lion passant) religious medal made in Birmingham (anchor) in 1897 (x) by William Pugh & co (WPC). Created in silver in the shape of two crossed feathers it has the IOGT (Independent Order of Good Templars) initials in enamel around it.

A superbly made medal which could be used as a brooch if converted.

MEASUREMENTS

Religious medal measures 1.75“ long by 1.75“ wide and weighs 0.4 oz.

CONDITION

IOGT medal is in good condition (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description).
