Antique 19th century painted porcelain plaque. Depicting a hand painted porcelain plaque after Guido Reni's (1575-1642) Head of Christ Crowned with Thorns. The background is adorned in gold with almost opaque stars throughout. Housed in a gold decorated wooden frame this porcelain plaque is most likely German in origin.
